Warranty Terms – Square Deal Tires


Priority and Duration:
  • The service includes the original warranty on new tires only.
  • Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase or until 50% of the tread depth is worn down (whichever comes first).
  • For tire coverage as original equipment (manufactured and installed within the vehicle), compensation may be provided for up to 5 years according to the original terms.
General Terms:
  • The warranty is for the person who purchases the tire originally, and what has been installed on the correct seat and the appropriate size for the car.
  • The warranty is voided if regular maintenance is not performed, such as rotating the tires or monitoring tread depth.
What is covered by the warranty:
  • Manufacturing defects only: abnormal cracks, tire bulging, layer separation.
Does not include the occurrence of defects resulting from:
  • Accidents, harsh conditions, overloading, incorrect installation or maintenance
  • Damage caused by ozone or cracks after five years of tire manufacturing
What is not covered by the warranty
  • Damage due to improper use, low air pressure, poor installation, or additional unauthorized maintenance.
  • Recycled tires, used purchased tires, and those imported through unauthorized channels.
  • The damages resulting from conditions such as areas with very high temperatures, the use of chemicals, and unsuitable chains.


Required maintenance conditions
  • Rotate tires every 5,600 km for high-performance tires (speed rating V and above), or every 12,000 km for passenger and light truck tires.
  • Keeping tire trading records to prove usage ❗.
How to submit a warranty claim
  • Bring the tires and the facility where the installation took place + the original purchase invoice + the documented maintenance form.
  • You can file a complaint with Square Deal Tires or through the authorized dealer.
  • The frame is inspected by a specialized technical team to determine that the fault lies in the manufacturing.
  • If accepted, the tire will be replaced or you will be compensated based on the percentage of the remaining tread depth up to 50% of the original depth.
Limits of Warranty and Legal Responsibilities
  • This warranty replaces any implied warranty, such as the warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or the merchantability warranty.
  • We do not accept claims for compensation for indirect damages (such as loss of time or rental cars).
  • In some states, there may be additional rights that cannot be legally restricted.
